Gasser Hardtail — All Gas | SRAM Eagle 90

$5,900.00

The All Gas build kit is the Gasser at full output: grippy, capable, and built for singletrack, technical terrain, and going deeper.

Built on a belief that bikes are meant to be ridden, the Gasser is a vehicle for self-expression. It's our high-mileage hardtail, developed to outlast trends. Designed with external cable routing, a threaded bottom bracket, and a universal derailleur hanger, as expected. Treat it well and it will be there for you, for the next 50 years of riding and for the kid who inherits it.

The Gasser is built to last a lifetime, or two.

FAQ

What is the recommended fork length?

Our geometry is based off of a 120mm fork with a 44mm offset. A 0mm Rigid fork with an A-C of at least 490mm is also a great option. 130mm is the max travel fork we recommend.

What's the largest rear rotor that will fit on the Gasser?

The Gasser V2 will fit up to a 180mm rotor. The frame is 160mm-direct, so that's the minimum size that's compatible.

What kind of headset does this bike use?

The Gasser uses external press-in headset cups. The upper cup is a zero-stack 44mm and the lower cup is an external 44mm. The SHIS name is: ZS44/28.6 EC44/40.

Does the Gasser use a SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH)?

Yes, and one is included with every frame.

Can I run SRAM Transmission on the Gasser?

Yes. See here for set up instructions

What is the max tire width for the rear of the Gasser?

We recommend a 29 x 2.6” max on the rear

Will 27.5” wheels/tires fit?

They may fit into our frame, as well as many others with similar tire and chainring clearances. However, we do not recommend it, and it voids our warranty.

Is it possible to use a mullet set-up?

It is not recommended. The BB will get a bit too low, and it voids our warranty.

Everyday Geometry™

Designed for those who look beyond speed, Everyday Geometry™ keeps you out longer, takes you further, and opens your eyes to where you actually are. For the rider you are now, and the one you're becoming.

CONTACT HIGH™

Maximum grip, all gas, high vibration.

The rear-end flexes to absorb roots, rocks, and sudden compressions. The bike stays in contact with the ground rather than bouncing off it, reading the changing terrain the way a slug does: fully, without interruption, at its own pace. What looks rough becomes unexpectedly smooth, AS the Gasser comes alive.

RADICALLY CALM™

Obstacles become features.

A laid-back front-end quiets the bike, allowing the wheel to follow your intention through the most primitive of trails. Your arms move with the terrain, your gaze softens, and you find yourself scanning ahead for features, not obstacles. Roots reveal their gaps, rocks morph into ramps, AS the trail becomes a playground.

HORIZON™

Perspective that most never find.

Turns out, seeing the trail helps. At the crest of a long climb, the world comes into view as your mind goes somewhere else. The other side reveals itself: coastal ridgelines and magnetic features pulling you to ride further. A taller front-end gives perspective that most never find, as you become a part of the environment.

LUCKY YOKE™

Most 3D-printed components look it. Our Lucky Yoke is designed holistically, to attract positive energy and to seamlessly integrate into your riding experience. It enables the Gasser's full range of expression: 2.6" tires, 36T chainrings, and a timeless aesthetic. We believe in higher standards, not newer ones.
