Terms of Service

Welcome to Slug Bicycles. By using this site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. We've kept this straightforward.

Who we are Slug Bicycles, LLC is an independent bicycle brand based in San Francisco, CA. We design bikes and soft goods and sell them directly through this site. Questions about anything below: hello@slugbicycles.com.

Orders & payment Orders are confirmed once payment clears. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if something goes wrong on our end — a pricing error, a stock issue, something we didn't see coming. If that happens, we'll tell you promptly.

Pricing All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Shipping We ship once per week, on Saturdays, from San Francisco, CA. Small items ship via USPS flat-rate. Frames and complete bikes ship via Bike Flights. You'll receive a tracking number by email. Pre-order items ship during the window specified at checkout.

Returns & refunds Hardgoods — frames, complete bikes, handlebars, and on-bike accessories — are final sale. Softgoods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn, original condition for store credit. Full policy at slugbicycles.com/policies/refund-policy.

Warranty All Slug frames carry a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original purchaser only. Not transferrable. Full warranty terms at slugbicycles.com/pages/warranty-page.

Intellectual property Everything on this site — copy, graphics, photos, logos, product names — belongs to Slug Bicycles, LLC. Don't use it without asking.

Limitation of liability We build bikes to last. But cycling involves risk, and we are not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of our products beyond what's required by law. Ride within your ability. Wear a helmet.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
