Refund Policy

All hardgoods — frames, complete bikes, handlebars, and on-bike accessories — are final sale. No returns, no refunds.

Softgoods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We do not issue cash refunds on softgoods; approved returns receive store credit.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@slugbicycles.com with your order number. We ship once per week, so please allow time for processing.

If something arrives damaged or defective, reach out and we'll make it right.
