LUCKY YOKE™

The Lucky Yoke is 3D-printed in Grade 5 Titanium. Not because the process is novel, but because of what it makes possible. Printing lets us design variable wall-thickness and natural flex into a single form, placing bends and shaping for the Gasser's full range of expression. Everyday Geometry™, 2.6" tire clearance, and 36T chainring clearance are realized as a single system. Minion, Mary, and Judge approved.

GHOST YOKE™

Some things work best when you can't see them. The Ghost Yoke is 3D-printed in Grade 5 Titanium with variable wall-thickness, natural flex, and an asymmetric, driveside-only design. Printing lets us shape one form around 55mm tires, long days, and the permission to look inward. Wide tires, thin casings, and room for whatever comes next.

Seamless Grade 9 Titanium

Developed for aerospace applications. Chosen for the dirt. Grade 9 Titanium (3Al-2.5V) is comprised of 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium. It maintains mechanical strength while remaining formable, weldable, and responsive to rider input. With a density of 4.48 g/cc, Grade 9 Ti is corrosion-resistant, especially to salt water, and 43% lighter than Chromoly.
